Is AjoQuest safe? How are payments handled?
Deposits and payouts are processed by a licensed payment provider, and AjoQuest never asks for your card PIN or bank password. Every deposit gets a receipt, every member can see the full payment history, group money only moves after a members' vote (or an officer's approval in a cooperative), and withdrawals need your own transaction PIN.
Can I withdraw before I reach my target?
You can, but it costs you, and that is on purpose. Your target savings are locked until the date you set, so the money can't quietly leak out on small wants. If a real emergency comes up you can break the lock early for a small fee. Once your date arrives or you hit your target amount, withdraw to any Nigerian bank account without the early fee, and it usually lands in minutes. Group money is different: family groups vote before a payout leaves the pot, and cooperatives need an officer's approval.
What does it cost?
Saving is free to start. The small platform fee can be paid with the points you win in the AI Trivia Arena, so active players pay nothing.
Is the Trivia Arena gambling?
No. You never stake money to play and there are no cash prizes. Correct, fast answers earn game points, and points can only be spent against your platform fees — they cannot be cashed out. It is a quiz game that makes saving cheaper.
How is this different from a normal ajo, esusu or thrift group?
The old ajo, esusu, adashe or thrift collection needs a trusted collector, a notebook and a lot of chasing. Here the contributions, the payout order and the records are automatic, every member builds an AjoScore for paying on time, and you can start alone with a personal target instead of waiting for a group.
What is AjoScore?
AjoScore is your savings reliability score, from 300 to 850. Paying on time raises it, missed contributions lower it, and it moves you through the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers shown on your profile and player card.
Something went wrong with my deposit. Who do I talk to?
Open a support ticket from your dashboard. Support can see the deposit records for your plan, so a missing or disputed payment is checked against the actual transaction and answered in the ticket.
